Ms. Asya Wright, a proud Washington, D.C. native, is the visionary founder of Unique Success LLC and The Wright Institute. Her journey began at age 17 as a teen mother with no clear roadmap—only a fierce determination to build a better future for her family. In 2013, she entered a pre-apprenticeship program and broke barriers as the only woman in a class of 20, launching her career in construction as a flagger.

 

Through grit, resilience, and an unwavering commitment to growth, Ms. Wright rose to become a respected Safety Specialist and Trainer, serving the construction and transportation industries for over eight years and counting. Her life experience fuels her mission: to ensure that others, especially those
from underserved communities, have access to the support, guidance, and training they need to succeed safely in high-risk environments.

Ms. Wright's dedication to excellence doesn’t stop in the field. She continues to expand her expertise through ongoing education and professional development. In addition to holding multiple certifications, she is currently earning her Bachelor of Science in Occupational Safety &Health.
