CPR/First Aid, AED: This comprehensive course equips participants with the lifesaving skills needed to respond confidently and effectively in medical emergencies. Designed for both workplace responders and the general public, the training covers essential techniques in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), basic first aid, and the proper use of an automated external defibrillator (AED) (1 day) - $105.00 per person. Certification is valid for 2 years

ATSSA Flagger (only): This comprehensive course, based on ATSSA’s certified flagger training standards, prepares participants to become safe, effective, and knowledgeable flaggers in roadway work zones. Students will gain a clear understanding of the importance of proper flagger operations and develop the core competencies required for maintaining safety and efficiency in traffic control. Participants will learn to identify and apply standard flagging procedures, interpret work zone control references, and respond appropriately to a variety of real-world traffic scenarios. Certification is valid for 4 years (1day)- 110.00 per person

ATSSA Flagger & basic traffic control: This comprehensive course, based on ATSSA’s certified flagger training standards, prepares participants to become safe, effective, and knowledgeable flaggers in roadway work zones. Students will gain a clear understanding of the importance of proper flagger operations and develop the core competencies required for maintaining safety and efficiency in traffic control. Participants will learn to identify and apply standard flagging procedures, interpret work zone control references, and respond appropriately to a variety of real-world traffic scenarios. The course also introduces the fundamentals of temporary traffic control for individuals responsible for installing and removing traffic control devices in the field. Through a combination of classroom instruction and hands-on practice, students will explore key concepts, techniques, and best practices for the setup, maintenance, and removal of traffic control systems. This training is ideal for those seeking to enter the field as certified traffic control technicians or enhance their current skillset in work zone safety. Learn and train to control the flow of traffic around road construction sites.  Identify the temporary traffic control zones and explain their significance for safe traffic management. Determine if the project's signs and devices adhere to the MUTCD's requirements. (2 days) - $180.00 per person

OSHA 10 (construction): This foundational course is designed to provide entry-level construction workers with essential knowledge of occupational safety and health standards as outlined by OSHA. The 10-hour training introduces participants to core safety principles, hazard recognition, and regulatory requirements specific to the construction industry. Through interactive instruction and real-world examples, students will learn how to identify, avoid, and prevent common jobsite hazards. Topics include fall protection, electrical safety, personal protective equipment (PPE), scaffolding, trenching and excavation, and more. The course also covers workers’ rights, employer responsibilities, and how to file a complaint with OSHA. Upon successful completion, participants will receive an OSHA 10-Hour Construction Safety Card, demonstrating their commitment to workplace safety and regulatory compliance. (2 days) - $240.00 per person. Certification is valid for 4 years

OSHA 30 (construction): This advanced course is designed for construction supervisors, safety coordinators, forepersons, and workers with safety responsibilities. The OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety Training provides an in-depth understanding of occupational safety and health standards, hazard recognition, and regulatory compliance within the construction industry. Participants will explore a wide range of topics including fall protection, electrical safety, scaffolding, excavation, personal protective equipment (PPE), and more. The course emphasizes hazard identification, prevention strategies, and the development of effective safety programs. It also covers workers’ rights, employer responsibilities, and OSHA’s inspection and citation process. Through interactive instruction and real-world case studies, students will gain the tools needed to foster a proactive safety culture and reduce workplace incidents. Upon successful completion, participants will receive an OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety Card, demonstrating their commitment to leadership in jobsite safety. Certification is valid for 4 years (4days)-$440.00 per person

Confined Space: This course provides construction professionals with the knowledge and skills necessary to safely identify, enter, and work in permit-required confined spaces, in compliance with OSHA standards. Participants will learn to recognize confined space hazards, understand atmospheric testing procedures, and implement effective control measures to protect workers. Key topics include hazard assessment, permit systems, ventilation requirements, personal protective equipment (PPE), and emergency response planning. The course emphasizes the responsibilities of authorized entrants, attendants, and entry supervisors, and includes hands-on practice with equipment and permit documentation. (1 day)- $300.00 per person. Certification has no expiration date, but OSHA requires a refresher course annually

Excavation, Trenching, & Soil Mechanics: This course offers in-depth instruction on OSHA standards and essential safety practices related to excavation and trenching operations. Participants will gain a practical understanding of soil mechanics and how they influence the stability of both shored and un-shored excavation walls and slopes. The curriculum covers various shoring techniques, including hydraulic systems and timber supports, with emphasis on proper application and limitations. Students will engage in hands-on demonstrations of soil testing methods and participate in a field exercise using instruments such as penetrometers, torvane shears, and engineering rods to assess soil conditions and ensure safe excavation practices. (1day) - $300.00 per person. Certification has no expiration date, but OSHA requires a refresher course annually

Fall Protection: This course covers the fall protection standards and an overview of fall protection methods. Topics covered include the principles of fall protection, the components of fall arrest systems, the limitations of fall arrest equipment, and OSHA policies regarding fall protection. Students will participate in workshops demonstrating the inspection and use of fall protection equipment, residential construction fall protection, training requirements, and developing a fall protection program.necessary to safely identify, enter, and work in permit-required confined spaces, in compliance with OSHA standards. The course also covers state-specific traffic laws, crash dynamics, and strategies for maintaining control in emergency situations. Whether you're a new driver, a fleet operator, or someone seeking to improve your driving record, this course provides practical tools to help you stay safe and confident behind the wheel. (1 day)- $100.00 per person. Certification is valid for 3 years.
